One Bedroom: Carlitos is $800 per week, $850 in Nov 2008 check dates available

One Bedroom: Alta Vista is $1,200 per week, $1,250 in Nov 2008 check dates available

Two Bedrooms: Casa Jardin $1,250 per week, $1,300 in Nov 2008 check dates available

Two Bedrooms: Casa Botellas $1,200 per week, $1,250 in Nov 2008 check dates available

Two Bedrooms: Mariposa is $1,400 per week, $1,550 in Nov 2008 check dates available

Three Bedroom: Casa Carlos is $1,900 per week, $2,000 in Nov 2008check dates available

Rental Rates-Poolside Beach Houses (Las Gemelas)
Casa Carrollena and Casa Los Amigos at Las Gemelas are two bedroom, two bathroom and rent for $1,600 per week. (Beginning November 1st, 2008 the rate will change to $1,800 per week)

Casa Viviana is no longer handled by us.

Discounts
Discounts are available off-season, between June and mid-October. Generally the prices are reduced by 30%.

Deposits and refunds
All reservations require a deposit of 50% in order to hold the reservation. The balance of the rental charge is due one month prior to your arrival. If you have any questions, please discuss this with the contact for the house you are renting.

If you cancel a reservation and we can re-book the house, we are happy to refund your deposit. If, however, we cannot re-rent the house, we will not refund the deposit.
