Welcome to sayulitarental.com. Our site is designed to show you the wonderful homes we have available for rent in Sayulita. Sayulita is a small Mexican fishing village located just north of Puerto Vallarta. We are a select group of owners who have unique residential properties for rent. Our homes are a source of pride and we hope you will enjoy them as much as we do. Sayulita is located on the west coast of Mexico, about 35 minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta airport.The village is on the ocean with miles of sandy beaches and is home to approximately 2500 residents. It is a perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy fishing, swimming, surfing or just a quiet walk on the beach. Fresh seafood is abundant in a number of the local restaurants. The village is surrounded by lush jungle. The area is semi-tropical with two primary seasons, rainy and dry. The dry season runs from October until late June. Both seasons have special advantages but most northern travelers aim for the months between November and June. We offer hillside beach houses in a family compound with spectacular views, as well as poolside beach houses in a 6-house compound with a shared pool.
