 Casa Carlos was the first house built on the property in 1974 and was completely rebuilt in 2000. This two-story house is the largest on the property. It has two bedrooms and two baths on the upper floor and one bedroom, one and one-half baths, living and dining rooms on the main floor. There is a large deck on the main level with access to the beach steps. The entire house is screened and is beautifully finished.

 Casa Jardin (Garden house)was designed and built in 1999, to take advantage of the expansive views and lush garden setting. From the walled garden you enter onto a spacious patio with a panorama of the ocean, surfers, birds and beach activity. The house is artfully furnished and well equipped, perfect for those who like to cook and entertain. There are two bedrooms (King & Queen) and two and a half baths. This home is a jewel!

 Casa Botellas (House of bottles) This house was remodeled in 1999 and sits lower on the hillside than the other houses. It is accessed by the beach road and is a perfect choice for people with small children. The patio is large and the walk to the beach is short. The home has two bedrooms with King-sized beds, and two bathrooms. The open floor plan of the kitchen, living room and patio, lend themselves to entertaining. Each room and patio has a lovely view of the beach and village life.

 Alta Vista a new one-bedroom house with a splash pool (only available May through October) offers spectacular views of the surf and coastline from its location above Casa Mariposa; both are located on the highest corner of the Cielo property. The house is only minutes from the village or beach.
